You may turn in the ballot in one of 3 ways: 1) Turn it in at the September or October Gathering, 2) email it to: ld@carolinaemmaus.org, or 3) mail to: 508 New Grady Brown School Road, Hillsborough, NC 27278. All ballots must be received by November 3, 2011 (extended from 11/1) in order to be counted.  Click the download link below for a copy of the ballot.
